Preventive Mental Health Care Just for Teens
In response to the growing adolescent mental health crisis, Center for Teens is ready to help your teen build the emotional skillset they need to navigate today’s challenges. With our Mind Matters educational series, we aim to promote mental health in these critical years. Each program is delivered by a trained therapist in an engaging small group format. With a maximum of eight participants per group, teens can feel safe asking tough questions and putting their new skills to work to tackle current struggles in a supportive environment.
